Aviation Detailing in Cape Coral, FL

Aviation Asset Care Requires More Than a Clean Exterior

Most companies in the aviation detailing space are focused on shine. A clean, polished aircraft looks impressive on the tarmac, and that matters. But the technical obligations involved in washing and detailing an aircraft go significantly beyond appearance. A provider who does not understand those obligations can create liability for every operator they work with.

Landing gear, actuators, seals, sensors, brake assemblies, lubricated points, and corrosion protected surfaces all require aircraft specific wash procedures. APD follows the operator approved process and avoids stripping approved lubricants or coatings or forcing water and chemicals into protected areas. Visible fluid on these components can indicate a leak, so we document and report it to the operator rather than simply cleaning it away. Any required post wash servicing remains with authorized maintenance personnel. Apex Paradigm understands this because our founder served as a C130 crew chief in the United States Air Force. We do not bring a car wash mentality to aviation surfaces.

We provide mobile aviation detailing services to private aircraft owners, FBOs, aviation facilities, and commercial flight operations throughout Cape Coral, FL and the surrounding region. Every job we perform follows documented SOPs and operator approved procedures, and is carried out with attention to the specific requirements of the aircraft we are working on.

What Separates Our Aviation Detailing From the Rest

  • We Understand the Mechanical Context of What We Are Washing

Washing an aircraft is not the same as washing a vehicle. Landing gear struts, actuating surfaces, and exposed hydraulic components all require specific handling during the wash process. Our team knows which surfaces need protective recoating after washing, which areas require low-pressure only, and where chemical contact must be avoided entirely.

  • DOCUMENTED AIRCRAFT-SPECIFIC SOPS AND WASHWATER MANAGEMENT

We follow aircraft-specific and operator-approved procedures and document the work performed. Washwater is contained and managed according to the facility’s stormwater plan, approved discharge route, local sewer requirements, and other applicable regulations

  • Security Clearance and Discretion Capability

For private flight operations, corporate flight departments, and government or defense-adjacent work, we are equipped to operate within facilities that require security clearance and discretion. If your operation has access requirements, let us know in advance and we will coordinate accordingly.

  • FROM SINGLE AIRCRAFT TO RECURRING FLEET PROGRAMS

From a single private jet to a commercial fleet of regional aircraft, we scale to the job. If your operation needs consistent detailing across multiple aircraft at a single facility, we can build a recurring program that fits your maintenance schedule and keeps your fleet in service.

Aviation Detailing FAQs

  • Why does aviation detailing require different expertise than automotive detailing?

Aircraft surfaces include exposed hydraulic components, actuating metal struts, and bare metal areas that must be handled with specific chemistry and technique. Applying incorrect wash products to landing gear components, for example, can strip protective coatings that prevent corrosion and mechanical failure. Our team approaches every aircraft with an understanding of its mechanical systems, not just its exterior surfaces.

  • How often should a commercial aircraft be washed?

“Wash frequency depends on the aircraft manufacturer and operator maintenance program, aircraft type, utilization, storage, routes, coastal or industrial exposure, and contamination encountered. APD builds the schedule around the operator’s approved procedures and uses only products authorized for the specific aircraft and surface. Specialty acidic or corrosion-removal products are used only when specifically approved for the condition being treated.”

  • Can you perform interior detailing between flights on a tight turnaround?

Interior cabin cleaning between flights is within our capability and can be structured as a recurring service around your flight schedule. The scope and timing depend on the aircraft type and the turnaround window available. Contact us with your specific requirements and we will build a program that fits.

  • SECURITY-SENSITIVE ACCESS COORDINATION

We can coordinate work at security-sensitive facilities subject to the operator’s and facility’s approval, badging, escort, credentialing, and access requirements. Please provide site requirements in advance so we can confirm eligibility and coordinate access.

  • Do you service aircraft outside of Cape Coral, FL?

We hold nationwide contract capability across 49 states and are actively building our aviation service network. If your aircraft operates from a facility outside our immediate service area, contact us to discuss what is possible for your location and schedule.
