Vinyl Wrap and Graphic Removal in Cape Coral, FL
HOW FLEET GRAPHICS ARE REMOVED MATTERS AS MUCH AS THE RESULT
Every fleet vehicle wrapped in vinyl graphics will eventually need those graphics removed. Lease returns, rebranding programs, vehicle decommissioning, and resale preparation all create removal needs at scale. For logistics companies with hundreds or thousands of wrapped trailers and vehicles in their fleet, graphic removal is not a one time event. It is an ongoing operational requirement.
Apex Paradigm provides professional vinyl wrap, graphic, and paint protection film removal services to logistics operators, fleet managers, dealerships, and commercial clients throughout Cape Coral, FL and the surrounding region. We remove graphics and wraps using methods selected to minimize risk to the paint, clear coat, and substrate underneath. Older or sun degraded film, prior paintwork, and weathered surfaces can carry elevated risk, so we assess each vehicle before removal and let you know about any concerns up front. We handle the full adhesive residue removal process so the vehicle is ready for its next use, whether that is a new wrap, repainting, or resale.
Vinyl and Graphic Removal Services
We remove vinyl graphics, full and partial wraps, decals, lettering, and paint protection film from commercial vehicles and personal vehicles. All services are performed on-site at your facility or yard.
Fleet Graphic and Vinyl Removal
Pricing based on coverage, film condition, quantity, and service frequency.
Fleet graphic removal is the high-volume service used by logistics operators, carriers, and dealers managing large numbers of vehicles through a rebranding, lease return, or decommissioning cycle. This service covers the complete removal of all vinyl graphics, lettering, and decals from the vehicle, trailer, or equipment exterior, followed by full adhesive residue removal to leave the surface clean and ready for its next application or inspection.
Full Wrap Removal
Pricing based on coverage, film condition, quantity, and service frequency
Full wrap removal addresses vehicles that have had a complete color change wrap, printed full wrap, or textured vinyl applied to all exterior panels. This is a more involved process than graphic removal due to the total surface area covered and the likelihood that multiple panel sections have been wrapped individually with overlapping edges and seams that require specific technique to remove cleanly.
Partial Wrap Removal
Pricing based on coverage, film condition, quantity, and service frequency
Partial wrap removal covers specific sections of a vehicle that have been wrapped, such as a lower rocker panel wrap, hood wrap, or roof wrap, where the removal needs to transition cleanly to the surrounding unwrapped surface. We handle all edge work carefully to avoid lifting surrounding graphics or trim pieces during removal.
Paint Protection Film Removal
Pricing based on coverage, film condition, quantity, and service frequency
Paint protection film that has reached the end of its service life needs to be removed. Aged PPF that has yellowed, alligatored, or delaminated often cannot simply be peeled off. Over time the adhesive can bond more aggressively to the paint, and the film itself loses the flexibility that made it easy to handle when new. Forcing removal without the correct heat application and chemical process can pull paint with it.
We remove aged and degraded PPF from vehicles including exotic and high value units where paint preservation is the primary concern. Our process uses controlled heat to relax the adhesive bond and adhesive removers selected to minimize risk to the clear coat underneath. Heavily degraded film, prior paint repairs, and clear coat that has already started to fail can still carry elevated risk, so we assess each vehicle before beginning and communicate any concerns up front. Our goal is a clean paint surface ready for protection reapplication, polishing, or resale.
Why Removal Done Right Matters
Adhesive Residue Left Behind Causes Real Problems
A vehicle that has had graphics removed but still has adhesive residue on the surface is not ready for a new wrap, a paint job, or resale. Adhesive residue attracts contamination, interferes with new film adhesion, and creates visible surface irregularity under new paint. Full adhesive removal is a non-negotiable part of every removal job we do.
Aged Film Requires a Different Approach Than New Film
A vinyl graphic that was applied last year comes off very differently than one that has been on a fleet trailer for seven years in the sun. The film has shrunk, the adhesive has cured further into the substrate, and the whole thing is more brittle. Treating the removal the same way regardless of age is how paint gets damaged. We assess film age and condition before selecting the removal approach.
High-Value Vehicles Require Extra Precaution
For exotic vehicles, luxury units, and any vehicle where the paint under the film has significant monetary value, our removal process is calibrated to prioritize paint preservation above speed. We have removed alligatored, mustard-yellow aged PPF from G-Wagons and similar high-value vehicles and left the underlying paint intact. That requires patience and the right technique.
Volume Removal Programs for Fleet Operators
For logistics companies and carriers with continuous graphic removal needs, we build recurring programs that fit the pace of your decommissioning and rebranding cycle. Consistent crew, consistent process, consistent results, scheduled around when your vehicles are available.

Vinyl Wrap and Graphic Removal FAQs
Does graphic removal damage vehicle paint?
Proper removal methods are designed to minimize the risk of paint damage. Using too much heat, aggressive solvents not suited to the substrate, or forcing film off without adequate adhesive relaxation can cause damage, so our process uses appropriate heat application and adhesive chemistry selected for the specific film and surface. Some conditions still raise the risk regardless of method, including older or sun baked film, prior paint repairs or aftermarket paint, and clear coat that has already started to fail. We inspect each vehicle before starting and communicate any elevated risk or areas of concern so there are no surprises.
What is the difference between removing a graphic and removing a full wrap?
A graphic removal addresses specific applied lettering, logos, or panel graphics on an otherwise unwrapped vehicle. A full wrap removal covers all exterior panels of a vehicle that has been completely wrapped. Full wrap removal involves more total surface area, more seam and edge work, and typically more adhesive residue to address. Both result in a clean surface, but the full wrap removal is a more involved process.
Can you remove PPF that has yellowed or delaminated?
Aged and degraded PPF is within our scope. Yellowed, alligatored, or partially delaminated film requires controlled heat to relax the adhesive bond before the film can be lifted safely. We have removed severely degraded PPF from exotic and luxury vehicles without lifting paint. Contact us with details about the vehicle and the condition of the film and we will give you an accurate assessment of the job.
Do you remove graphics from trailers and commercial equipment?
Fleet trailer and commercial equipment graphic removal is one of our primary service categories. We work with logistics operators at scale on recurring graphic removal programs for decommissioning, lease return, and rebranding cycles. Contact us with your unit count and timeline and we will structure a program around your needs.
What do you do with the adhesive residue after removing the graphic or wrap?
Adhesive residue removal is a standard component of every job we do, not an optional add-on. After the film is lifted, we apply appropriate adhesive remover to the affected surface and remove all residue before finishing the job. The vehicle leaves our hands with a clean surface, not a sticky one.
