Fleet Detailing Built for Commercial Operations
Fleet detailing is not a single service. It is a customized program built around the specific needs of your vehicles, your industry, and your operational schedule. At Apex Paradigm, we do not apply the same treatment to a logistics semi as we do to a dealership's pre-auction inventory or a construction company's heavy equipment. Every fleet is different, and the way we approach it reflects that.
We work with operators across logistics, construction, government contracting, transportation, and distribution. We serve owner-operators and national carriers alike. Whether your vehicles are box trucks, day cabs, heavy equipment, or a mixed fleet of commercial and service vehicles, our team has the chemicals, equipment, and technical knowledge to take care of them correctly.
All services are performed on-site at your facility or yard. We are fully mobile and operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Same-day response is available, and we maintain a 24-hour maximum response time for scheduled and emergency requests.
No Two Fleets Require the Same Approach
The scope of every fleet detail is determined by the type of vehicles, the industry they operate in, and their condition at the time of service. Construction equipment running in environments with heavy grease, hydraulic fluid, and silica buildup requires a completely different chemical strategy than a fleet of leased delivery vehicles being prepped for return or a set of dealer units being staged for sale. We assess what each fleet actually needs and build the service around that, not around a fixed package that tries to fit every situation into the same process.
Fleet Detailing Service Levels
The two primary service levels below reflect the most common scenarios we address across our client base. Both are available as recurring programs or one-time services depending on your needs.
Full Fleet Detail
Pricing determined by quantity and frequency
The full fleet detail is the comprehensive option, typically used when vehicles are being prepared for lease return, auction, or resale, or when a fleet has gone an extended period without professional care. This service covers the complete interior and exterior of each vehicle, with chemical selection and process steps tailored to the vehicle type and surface materials.
This service includes:
- Full interior cabin cleaning including all hard surfaces, glass, seats, and cargo area
- Console, cup holders, vents, and door jambs
- Full exterior wash and paint decontamination
- Wheel and tire cleaning with protective dressing
- Engine-bay cleaning when included in the approved scope
- Appropriate protective coatings or treatments based on vehicle type and customer agreement
Maintenance Interior Fleet Detail
Pricing determined by quantity and frequency
The maintenance fleet detail is a lighter, high-frequency service designed to keep vehicles in a clean and presentable condition. Between full details. This is the service that makes sense for active fleets where keeping vehicles clean and presentable on a regular basis delivers real operational value, from driver morale to customer-facing appearance standards.
This service includes:
- Interior vacuum throughout the cabin
- Wipe-down of all hard surfaces
- Dash cleaning with UV protection
- Glass cleaning inside and out
- Door panel and pocket care
Add-On Fleet Detailing Services
Headlight Restoration
Pricing determined by quantity and frequency
Oxidized or yellowed headlight lenses reduce visibility and create a poor visual impression on fleet vehicles. Headlight restoration may include multi-stage wet sanding, compounding, polishing, and application of a UV-resistant protective coating based on lens condition. Both timing and pricing scale based on the number of units and the severity of oxidation.
Engine Bay Detailing
Pricing determined by quantity and frequency
Engine-bay detailing includes controlled degreasing, agitation, and low-pressure cleaning where appropriate. Sensitive electrical, intake, and ignition components are protected before work begins. Undercarriage cleaning is quoted separately based on vehicle type and contamination.
What Makes Our Fleet Detailing Program Different
We Come to You, Fully Equipped
All fleet detailing services are performed on-site at your facility or yard. We bring the products, tools, and equipment required for the approved scope. Vehicle access, site utilities, and any required permissions are confirmed before scheduling.
Chemistry Matched to Your Specific Fleet
The products we select depend on what we are cleaning. Industrial equipment covered in hydraulic fluid and silica requires different chemistry, than leased delivery vans being prepped for return. We make the right call every time, which protects your vehicles and produces better results.
24/7 Availability Including Same-Day Response
We operate around the clock because your fleet does not run on a nine-to-five schedule. Same-day response is available and we maintain a 24-hour maximum response time for all service requests, whether planned or urgent.
Scalable From a Single Vehicle to National Fleets
Whether you manage a small regional fleet or a multi-site national operation, we structure our detailing programs to fit your volume and frequency. We hold nationwide contract capability across 49 states and are built to grow with your operation.

Fleet Detailing FAQs
What types of fleets does Apex Paradigm service?
We work with logistics and transportation fleets, construction and heavy equipment operators, distribution centers, government vehicles, dealership inventory, and more. If you manage a commercial fleet of any size or type, we can put together a program that fits your needs. Contact us to discuss your specific operation.
Can you service fleets with a mix of vehicle types?
Mixed fleets are very common in our client base, and we are equipped to handle them. Our chemical selection and service approach are adjusted for each vehicle type within a fleet. A day cab semi, a box truck, and a service van within the same fleet will each receive appropriate treatment for their specific surfaces and use conditions.
How is fleet detailing priced?
All pricing is determined by the quantity of vehicles, the frequency of service, and the scope of work required. There is no standard rate because the variables involved are significant. Contact us with details about your fleet and we will put together a custom quote.
Do you handle the chemicals and equipment, or do we need to provide anything?
We arrive fully equipped. All chemicals, tools, and equipment needed to complete the job are brought on-site by our team. All you need to provide is access to your vehicles and, depending on the service scope, access to water and power if available.
Do you service fleets outside of the Cape Coral, FL area?
We hold nationwide contract capability and currently serve commercial clients throughout Indiana, Michigan, Georgia, Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Kentucky, South Carolina, North Carolina, California, and additional states.
